Integrity Real Estate expands Spencer presence

Integrity Real Estate has increased its Spencer presence by adding much of the former Century 21 Jacobsen Real Estate team and moving into that agency’s former office on South Grand Avenue.

Nick Steffes, broker and owner of Integrity Real Estate, said the transition occurred July 16. He said Century 21 approached Integrity.

Oxana Bedore, Dave Jacobsen, Sue Metcalf and Nancy Wick have transitioned from Century 21 to the Integrity team in Spencer.

“It’s been a great addition to the team,” Steffes said. “I think we now have 11 of us – 11 licensed agents – out of our Arnolds Park and Spencer locations. So we’re pretty excited to really kind of take Integrity to another level in the Spencer market. We’ve got a nice presence in Arnolds Park now, but this has kind of stepped it up a little bit. This has kind of given us more exposure.”

Century 21 Jacobsen Real Estate merged with Century 21 ProLink of Sioux City and Le Mars earlier this month.

John and Tammi Goede remained with the Century 21 ProLink team.

Integrity Real Estate signage is in place at the offices at 1015 S. Grand Avenue. Steffes said Integrity moved into that building to fit its larger Spencer team.

“It was already set up for a real estate office,” Steffes said. “So, I ended up just leasing that from Dave and they came aboard. There really wasn’t a buyout or anything. It was just more of a transition.”

Just last year, Integrity opened a satellite office in Spencer at 110 West 18th Street.

“We do a lot of business in Spencer and we needed to have a place to meet clients and complete purchase agreements and a little satellite to work out of,” Steffes said. “It really worked well, but we just grew to a place where that wasn’t going to work with this addition.”

Steffes said a larger team helps Integrity better serve its clients.

“It really gives the clients that customer and service and support that they need,” he said. “That’s what it’s about is taking care of our clients. We just have a really good group of people. The more people we have that are good, the more customer service we can provide to our clients.”
