Gillet Grove man arrested for domestic assault, meth possession

A Gillet Grove man was arrested late Tuesday night for domestic abuse assault, possession of methamphetamine and criminal mischief after a Clay County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a dispute at the man’s home.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reported the deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 3200 block of 440th Street.

Once on scene, the deputy reportedly made contact with and arrested Dale Koenig at about 11:51 p.m.

The deputy found methamphetamine on Koenig, according to the report.

Koenig was transported to the Clay County Jail and held on no bond.
