Clay County Board of Supervisors election today

Residents head to the polls today for a Clay County Board of Supervisors special election.

On today’s ballot are three candidates looking to take over for resigning supervisor Joe Skow, who announced a move to Florida.


Who’s running:

The three candidates are:

  • Kevin Brown (Republican)
  • Art Hamrick (Independent)
  • Bill Zinn (Independent)


How and where to vote:

Any registered voter in Clay County can vote in today’s special election.

Voting will be held at the Clay County Regional Events Center, 800 West 18th Street.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. today.



The Spencer Signal will publish results once those are made available by the county auditor’s office.
