A 2007 Lexus driven by a juvenile female crashed January 14 in the 2400 mile of 340th Street, resulting the minor injuries for both the driver and a passenger.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reported that at about 9:30 p.m. January 14, a deputy responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch in that area.
Upon investigation, the deputy determined the car was heading east when it entered the north ditch.
The accident report stated the air bags deployed from the impact.
The Lexus sustained heavy-front end damage worth $4,500.
The driver was cited with failure to maintain control.
