Farmers Trust and Savings Bank is pleased to announce two new additions to the Executive Team.
“These additions to the management team reflect our operating model and positions us well to continue to drive growth and address strategic opportunities ahead,” states Mike Bryan, President.
The team now consists of the newly promoted Mike Bryan, President, and newly promoted, Kent Nelson, Executive Vice President/Senior Lender along with Bryan Harken, Vice President/CFO and remaining on the team, Debbie Sundall, Senior Vice President. This team will provide a healthy blend of new ideas while maintaining the bank’s core values.
Kent Nelson was recently named Executive Vice President/Senior Lender. Nelson has been with Farmers Bank since 2006 and serves in a senior leadership role over the ag and commercial lending department. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Management from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. In addition, he is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, in Madison, WI.
Bryan Harken, Vice President/CFO has been with Farmers Bank since 1985 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the bank. Harken earned his Business degree with a concentration in banking and finance from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA. Harken has also served as a Bank Examiner with the Iowa Division of Banking.
Debbie Sundall will remain as the Senior Vice President on the team. “Debbie, Kent and Bryan have been critical to Farmers Bank success during their tenure, and I am excited about Farmers Bank’s future under the direction of the entire executive management team,” said Mike Bryan.
