Repairs on the properties will include new windows, HVAC systems updates and insulation.

L&J Dream Builders was awarded three of the projects with cost totals of $28,745, $23,065 and $16,500.

Mills Construction was awarded two of the projects with cost totals of $30,350 and $23,815.
